We’re looking for an incredible, detail-oriented, and passionate Senior Product Manager to join our Product team. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that help solve complex healthcare challenges!

Responsibilities of the position include the following;

  • Drives the creation of products from ideation and requirements through development, roll-out, and on-going improvement
  • Develops a deep understanding of workflows and challenges in the healthcare space, particularly in a primary care clinical environment

Experience

  • Proven Performance developing system interoperability and patient data exchange solutions in the healthcare space

The Account Manager will partner with the sales team to meet specified quotas while maintaining positive relationships with clients. They will also generate new business as well as maintain current business by managing all accounts across a wide territory and delivering exceptional service. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring overall client satisfaction with our products/services.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients/20+ accounts and manage any challenges, questions, concerns regarding the product/services.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ Account Management experience required.
  • Healthcare experience is a must preferably with managed care clients.

What’s the Job all About?

The Design/Creative Specialist is a vital role at RedFlash, responsible for supporting the creation and ongoing implementation of the overall look and design of marketing and branding materials for both RedFlash and its clients. This position focuses on creating, managing and implementing the visual elements of all client deliverables including imagery/photos, graphics, infographics, iconography, fonts, color palette, etc.  Working with the Client Services Team (AMs/Partners), the Design/Creative Director focuses on the visual quality of all client deliverables (documents, presentation decks, print and digital collateral, emails, websites, photos, videos, signage, etc.) and RedFlash tools and templates. This is accomplished through the use of basic graphic design skills and coordinating and directing the work of subcontracted designers to implement the identified strategy.

Duties include:

  • Regular communication with Project Managers and Account Executives regarding the status of creative/design efforts underway (both in-house and subcontracted)
  • Coordination or implementation of large and small design and creative projects, including:
  • Document, white paper, special report and case study design, look and feel, flow, readability, including interactive media use and best practices for digital-only readership
  • Supports writing team efforts to explain and illustrate complex topics with visual elements and content organization recommendations that improve the user experience
  • Development and design of visual presentation decks, including creating templates for RedFlash and client team use
  • Designs and make recommendations for web pages, banner ads, social media graphics, have some familiarity with redirects, calls to action, UI/UX  – needs to be comfortable with how a user experience lives online
  • Photo shoots, including identification/recommendation of photographer to client team, subject/story collaboration with account team, location, coordination of shoot elements, art direction, release management and archival, image ownership, image archival and organization, image usage rights across multiple clients/projects
  • Video shoots, including identification of videographer, subject/story collaboration with account team, location, coordination of shoot elements, art direction, release management and archival, oversee editing process, providing input regarding voiceover and music selections, color palettes, fonts, etc.
  • Occasional logo and brand guideline development, as well as signage, posters, banners, trade show displays, etc.
  • Digital campaign design elements, including emails, newsletters, webpages, microsites, social media graphics and imagery, etc.
  • Comfortable with working with big names in the public safety industry – 911.gov, EMS.gov, AT&T/FirstNet
  • Provide assistance with project management for art projects
  • Collaborates with content developers to ensure design and copy development is unified and timely
  • Collates of feedback from clients, Account Managers, Partners, Development Team Lead to provide clear direction to subcontractors.  Manages feedback process to ensure rounds of changes do not exceed total allowed in fixed fees
  • Collaborates with Resourcing team to obtain estimates and pricing for subcontractors, support development of scope of work and provide approval that work has been satisfactorily completed to allow Resourcing to approve invoices
  • Responsible for balancing desire for high quality with need to deliver products on time and under budget while meeting client expectations
  • Provides support and reminders to RedFlash team members to ensure brand standards are followed.

What Are The Details?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design or Photography)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • 5-10+ years graphic design, photography, videography
  • Marketing agency/consulting firm experience preferred
