    • 30-60-90-Day GamePlans are customized, created, and implemented to encourage a self-guided experience which is also collaborative and hands on with client work.
    • How Capacity is Measured = 50% on the job training|project work + 50% Gameplan work
    • Collaboratively align Game Success Factors, Role KPIs and Personal success indicators
    • Integrate into Culture Works Operating System
    • Performance Success System = Weekly 1:1s
  • 90 Days- 1 Year

    Work Hard

    The first year is all about working hard in Role Alignment!

    • How Capacity is Measured
      • 80% Client Work (Doing.Teaching.Building|Role Aligned Work)
      • 20% CW Work (Operating System Required, Teamwork, Admin)
    • DTMs typically client facing 60-70%
    • CTMs typically client facing 10-20%
    • Performance Success System = Monthly 1:1s
  • 1 Year+

    Grow Better

    It’s all about getting better and better as you learn, evolve, and improve who you are and who you want to be!

    • How Capacity is Measured
      • 80% Role Aligned Work + 20% CW Work
    • Eligible to remove role aligned capacity to add Value Contributor (VC) capacity contributing towards: leading leaders, leading process, or leading business
    • Performance Success System = Quarterly 1:1s

The Culture Operations package is our fractional HR model with a focus on Culture Accountability, Culture Operations, and HR Operations.

Purpose.

Serving small to mid-sized businesses who need Culture, Talent and HR support with a hands-on approach to positively impact Purpose, People, and Process.

People.

Every engagement is assigned a dedicated team who partners directly with your stakeholder. Our Culture Operations Specialist (COS) team stands at the ready to dive in when needed and support backend processes along the way.

Process.

After learning where you are in your business lifecycle through our signature Assessment process, we develop a custom Quarterly Game Plan that provides a roadmap to drive results.

HR Operations.

HR Operations encompasses fractional HR ownership and support in order to build the right processes and mitigate HR risks in your company.

Responsive vs Reactive. Doing it right.

HR Operations is often relegated to a reactive needs bucket. When done right, HR Operations can be responsive instead of reactive with a clearly defined HR infrastructure build.
Examples of HR Ops in action include: Policy and handbook creation, delivery, and rollout, Onboarding and Separation packets and workflows, and creating LOA workflows.
