What is your Purpose? As a Dedicated Team Member, you are a leader of doing, building, and teaching Culture, People and HR operations! You will be an extension of the client’s team by establishing integrated and aligned functions through stakeholders and culture success roadmaps. You will develop impactful and innovative best practices by serving as a strategic visionary and change agent supporting purpose, people, and processes. Your experience and working partnerships will drive Culture Success Roadmap evolution and gameplan execution through change management.
What will you impact? Your impact will help purpose and people driven companies achieve business goals and operational success. You will impact performance accountability, organizational development, talent attraction, and retention strategies. You will drive equitable HR practices, implement learning and development plans, and create killer company cultures providing a true ROI for our clients and the entire CW Community.

What is your Purpose? As a Committed Team Member, you are a leader of doing, building, and teaching HR and Culture Operations! CTMs are responsible for implementing impactful and innovative best practices and processes. By doing, building, and teaching these functions you will be able to streamline HR, improve experiences and operationalize company culture through dynamic Culture Operations. CTMs provide integrative and hands-on support to multiple Dedicated Team Members (DTMs), as well as our clients’ team members, as part of our Fractional HR division. This role compliments performance and success indicators at every level by contributing, processing, streamlining, and ensuring the adoption of best practices and processes.
What will you impact? CTMs impact people, processes, best practices, and performance as they are the creative doers. They are leaders of accountability and build true dynamic Culture Operations! They are the core that impacts our team’s overall success, as well as the client’s and their People and Culture success! Understanding and executing goals to successfully gain adoption, engagement, and productivity through people and performance indicators create limitless impact. The ultimate impact is empowering teams, so they grow, and their businesses grow!

What is your Purpose? As a Talent Specialist, you are an innovator in matchmaking, client relations, candidate engagement, and identifying recruiting market trends. Talent Specialists are responsible for creating custom sourcing solutions and designing talent attraction strategies that align desired skillsets, values, and company culture. Talent Specialists are experts in pioneering engagement with candidates from start to finish by coordinating full cycle recruitment efforts from application to post hire follow-up. As the Talent Specialist, you will play an integral role in driving client success by staying curious about recruitment strategies and meeting our client’s staffing needs.
What will you Impact? Talent Specialists impact purpose, people, and processes as they are the dedicated extension of the client’s recruitment team. The Talent Specialist will create and expand recruitment efforts to efficiently source candidates who are role and culture aligned with our clients. The Talent Specialist will develop and improve the client’s brand attraction, acquisition, talent metrics, and retention techniques. The greatest impact the Talent Specialist makes is influencing the hiring strategy leading to the growth and success of our client’s companies.
