CULTURE CONNECTIVITY FOR YOUR PURPOSE, PEOPLE AND PROCESSES.
Culture Operations vs Operationalizing Culture, that’s a tongue twister, what’s the difference?
Operationalizing Culture is the active process of making your HR processes align with your company culture to improve productivity and retention.
Watch Kristi Pastore, Culture Works CEO and Founder, speak with Courtney Harrison, Partner Operations Specialist, discuss the difference between Culture Operations and Operationalizing Culture.
“It looks like you really understand the people you’re attracting. How are they best motivated? How are they incentivized? What does that look like from a performance/success factor?
And just really building a performance/success system that matches how people are motivated, incentivized, and then really aligning that with your compensation strategy, with the way that you operationalize their performance. How are you measuring their performance? How are you evolving it? How are you developing it?
Then you can also apply that to the hiring process. How is your culture operationalized with the hiring process? How are you attracting talent? What do your job ads look like? What does your interview process look like? What assessments and testing are you doing? Is that aligned with the culture that you’re also creating internally?”
