This might sound like a lot of psychological jargon, but trust us, it matters.
If you were to ask yourself, what is my company’s purpose? Would you have a clear answer?

This is a wake up call for most companies who claim to have implemented company culture in every act. Here’s a few questions to consider when understanding the actual purpose of your company:
If you don’t have a great feeling after reading these questions, don’t worry it’s not too late to define your corporate culture by its purpose.
Connect the bridges
It’s no secret that higher-ups can have a power position over other employees, even if that relationship is unintentional.

Company Purpose
Company culture is set up by having open communication between all sections of the workplace, as mentioned above. That involves looking at the company as a whole group.
However, individuals and sub groups will also foster the company culture, that should stem from the company purpose. A company’s purpose can be as simple as, “helping people.”
This is a start.
Remember, your company culture is defined by your company’s purpose.
You know what else is defined by your company’s purpose? How clients and customers view your company. So basically what we’re getting at here, is that your company purpose ties everything together. Clients. Employees. And culture.
Jack Canfield said it best, “If you can tune into your purpose and really align with it, setting goals so that your vision is an expression of that purpose, then life flows much more easily.”
