As an HR professional, Jenn has 20 years of experience supporting and consulting a diverse range of clients and contributing to multiple organizations’ success.
Jenn has consulted more than 150 clients across multiple states, various industries, sizes, and business lifecycles. As an HR expert, she can assess an organization’s HR practices and develop tailored HR plans to meet the needs of each client. Jenn’s key strength is looking at a company’s enterprise risk and providing strategy discussions ensuring they comply with all federal, state, and local ordinances, and retain and attract talent, all while managing business impacts effectively.
As part of her work with clients, Jenn acts as a trusted advisor to leadership on all things talent acquisition, Workers’ Compensation, legal compliance, risk mitigation, policy development and implementation, training, benefits, and payroll.
Jenn’s HR expertise has proven to deliver results consistently bringing tangible benefits to clients. She is truly passionate about HR and believes in its transformative power to drive organizational success.

Fun Fact
Jenn originally wanted to be a Social Worker then fell into a job in payroll and that grew into HR. She enjoys helping people in a Human Resources capacity because it fills the need to help that she felt while aiming to be a social worker.
