Amber considers herself a hobby homesteader. She loves to garden, hang with her flock of chickens, and cook/bake. She is also a boy mom through and through. She spends a lot of time outdoors camping, fishing, mountain bike riding, hiking, and kayaking.
Fun Fact
Amber was a barrel racer and rodeo queen as a pre-teen/young teenager. She spent a lot of time on the road, catching rides to any rodeo anyone could get her and her ex-racehorse to.

“Take every chance you get in life because some things only happen once.”

1. Visit as many National Parks as possible (especially Yosemite and Yellowstone)
