COVID-19 Resources for Businesses:

As we head into Q4 the effects of the pandemic are still being felt far and wide.  With the PPP loans coming due for first payments and Congress still debating a threshold of $150K or less for automatic forgiveness of the PPP loans, businesses are uncertain times. How is your company’s culture, recruiting and HR adapting to the new normal?

At Culture Works we like to focus on the small wins, the silver linings, and the places where we can thrive together.  Teams are becoming comfortable and quite adept at working remotely, managers are learning how to manage for results, not time on task, and HR has a new role, promoting healthy company cultures without a shared workspace in which to foster that togetherness.
